兇磅

新年過後, 踏上人生最難頂的一刻,
一上....個磅壞ger~....
再上....個磅....冇奶油格???
又再上....肯定地....係肥左 7 磅!!
7 磅, 7 磅....7 磅呀!!!
短短一個安穩年假的代價,
一定係蘿蔔糕, 花生, 薯片, 杯麵...原兇就係金莎,
點算? 家o下年紀大, 新陳代謝又慢,
點減??
最衰就係上磅架勒,
唔上咪嘜都唔知law~

  • 肥咗幾磅呀,先幾日有個都唔係少見的同學話:你係咪肥咗,唉,幾唔開心呀,呢,今日又要見營養師,為咗唔好咁難睇,上周狂行六粒鐘山,擒日狂踩車3粒鐘,剩係食面包加個杯面,嘻嘻,係咁易只係多咗磅半.但脂肪比率有調低,同營養師算係有個交代.
    山地,食咁多,要做番咁多呀!

  • 我鍾意食米粉多 d, 冇咁肥ma, 家o下逢星期三晚都去爬石, 生意淡薄, 唯有爬石啦~真想回復番幾年前嘅磅數,最慘我肥晒落下身, 而家睇到個巨躉羅友...真係想用個砲去砲鬼細佢...唉!!!
